Reviewed Mass rule break | GOV \ FIB

As I was driving to my house, there was no event on the map so i just proceeded to pull up to my house not disturbing anyone.
I was not warned and the FIB just shot, and killed me for no reason.
As stated previously there was no event on the map and they did not say anything nor warn me as you can see here with the provided POV.
