First decided to headpop multiple times after stealing our solar panels and getting downed. I drove him to DOC while wearing my FIB armor with cuffs. Decided to rob him such a nice cop.. Applied truth serum, did my nice roleplay, and as soon as I uncuffed him so he can pay the bribe money, this guy just headpops. Taking away the batteries as well.
