Hello, Hope all is well.

I was banned while on an alt character, the reason said 1.1 so I was very confused. I made an appeal and I was then notified that I broke the 1.4 rule. This was confused me very much so as I had no idea I broke this rule. I apparently have 2-3 alt characters, I had NO recollection of this and before making the alt I was banned on I even used password reset to check all my emails to see if they had characters, they all failed.

I thought this meant I didn't have any alts which is why I made this one, This was a mistake. I did not mean to break this rule and I am very very sorry. I love this project and I do not want to be banned from it for 60 days. I was hoping we could possibly sort this would another way? I would appreciate it so much if we could just delete my alts and let me play the project on this character (7002) As I am sorry and I did not mean to brake this rule.

I will make sure I do not make this mistake again and I will make sure of this by not making an alt every again as It is not worth it and I just want to be apart of the project on my main account.

I am sorry, It has been a week and I have learned my lesson.
