I M doing dept collector and I m searching for victim and 23426 guy was doing RDM and came to me and gave demands if there is no rp situation to us then how can he gave me demands and kill me and also I comply with his demands but he killed me

As, GR 6.15 - When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone.
