Was trying to do proper rp by /me to check the owner he went away and came back to show me the power of classified person and started to mix.

im 44, Not sure where the mixing is, anyway I'm not classified it was just an assumption that you haven't checked as to me it just looked like you were instantly towing it and i was only gone for 30 seconds hence the assumption. If i did break any rule here im ready to take punishment but i don't see any problems with this other than an IC issue about me being somewhat "hostile" about the encounter

i was talking while i was getting in the car though i see its not on your pov i must've had my speaking range too low, and because u didn't respond to me only reason i came back is because i wanted to make sure you knew about having to check, didn't want you getting in trouble that's why i mentioned the risks such as getting demoted as its happened before to other lspd officers, though i suppose my tone made it seem like i was more annoyed than trying to be helpful.

I got it but in my POV you were mixing but telling Demorgan in RP situation and miss using powers of being Classified.

I said "Demoted" not "Demorganed", now i see the confusion. Also about the classification, it gives incomplete immunity which combined with the code of procedures provisions, and me being a UC officer, means traffic violations don't apply, the absent license plate was approved by the previous sheriff, if you still feel like it was wrong its an IC issue and you should talk to a director / deputy director about it
