2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1a) As i have been in all orgs in en1 and en3 specially NG the org which is my fav one of all the org and i always wanted to see the National Guard on TOP by activity and in general wise also a good leader so he/she can manage the org and its people and i could say that the legacies which was on NG is now nowhere to be found due to bad leadership skills and less activity in the org which is getting worse day by day due to lack of Confidence of leader to run the org to the fullest and push forwards but it seems that many of the past generals have been giving up due to extreme pressure and lack of things in the org which cant be handle by them but I would proudly say that i have made my way to Private to Lt col and head of RR in en1 and Lt gen in en3 by absolute hard work and dedication with strictness and proper discipline but the people now days aren't qualified enough for the rank they are getting and the org also seems to be boring to the people even though it had lot of capabilities in it due to lack of effort to make and do something new from the leader but i would made these changes and would bring back the legacies if i would get a chance to rule and I would bring the proper guys who can handle the org/dep in his assigned position and I will also focus on unity for a betterment in future for the whole org to grow together and made legacies
1b) I could see from the past few months NG is lacking in the fact of wining raids , joining events specially after gate hours due to lack of units they cant eventually go to events and night events too but this could be fixed in a lot of ways and i believe every problem has its own solution from which it could be fixed ! I will also focus on advertising NG to the all citizens by introducing new department in National guard named as PR who would eventually made the NG more popular and help to grow in multiple ways in order to make it on TOP , I will also make sure to make the soldiers strong and well trained so it could help the org to grow as i would focus on quality rather than quantity and i will also focus on making a relationship with the other orgs and will make sure other orgs doesn't suffer due to lack of units in NG to deliver ammo run but I would try my very best to get active peoples always for it , I will also not let the curator choice down by choosing me as a general but to make them feel it will be the best term and always fulling their demands for the org and ppls . I will also made my deputies strong as make sure they wont get punishment for silly things as deputy punishment could lead to org punishment .
1c) I will also make sure that NG always fulfill the tasks which we will be assign and never face any issues in the matter of not joining events and having no units in gates but i will try to tackle these things in multiple ways and i would also welcome my lot of friends who will eventually help me to run the org and will supervise in the time i wont be there and my deputy will be from different time zones so NG can have the proper management and a supervisor all time for guiding and making it perfect , I will make sure that the SASD team should always complete 3 GPS per week with least 8 members and also make sure to get the proper activity from them in events . As i am a guy who knows how to handle situation maintaining rules and always knows people demands and what they actually want in the org i will make some changes in the org from which it could have its new recognation as NG .
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1) Regular recruitment drives for the ORG to grow its members
2) Regular ceremony including promotion/bonus which eventually will make people to do work in order to get the achievement they want in the org .
3) Make the org a good place with polite and helpful members from which the new guys who join will get the best exp possible .
4) Good RR team to help the org grow and maintain quality
5) Pr team for making events and doing things which would made NG more Glowing in front of citizens .
6) Always good and roleplay wise communication with other orgs for better RP in orgs .
7) Always focus on gates to fulfill the minimum requirement and will also focus on joining other events too .
My departments -
Regiment recruitment : This is the rr team main work to hire/fire unit's , give training's , make promotion ceramony list also make bonus list by checking logs and this department will have good amount of bonus for thier work's .
Airforce : This is the air force team in ng which is the pilots of army who will scout the air during raid hours and give air supports to ammo runs , give assistant's to sasd's training and transportation help in events .
Sasd : This will the special forces of ng who is mainly the backbone because they will handle ammorun's and ghetto patrol's lead or take lead as a ng in any events ng attends and this will a strict and hard department to join only selected for the deserving ones .
Military police : This is the top department in ng which will check logs , search trunks , give strikes and have the authority to handle the base when Leader is not available , have org meeting , Check people if they are corrupted or not , do activity check etc .
Crm : This is the medical team which have to be certified by the ems hc and have to help and patch our units when we are in need of it and they must know many kind of knowledge of medical and must know rules and shouldt patch while active 10-10 and we will also provide them with many kinds of medkits and etc .
PR : Make events and do state waves for it and it could made the NG more glowing and popular , Doing new rec ideas all around the state etc .
