A FIB agent cant go around and ask people for their passports and arrest them for no RP reason especially when he is not in FIB uniform or in FIB armour, then again, I buy FIB armour from black market all day everyday. Either way the victim was unaware of that he was dealing with a undercover FIB agent.Then he demanded the passport of the victim without letting the victim know that he was FIB, , in that scenario nobody will show their passport and victim was well aware of his rights and denied. Then FIB agent suddenly put on a FIB armour and cuffed him and even till that moment didnt tell his identity. Only thing FIB agent said " u didnt complete my demand" , this is very far away from FIB procedure. There are 2 key points here, first the victim didn't know that he was facing FIB . Second, FIB officer should have cleared the misconception of the victim or could tell him to go to government or government website if he feel like he has been scammed, that would be more convincing. But he did the opposite.
Victim did say " do you know who I am" just because he was also a LEO and he stated that he was Deputy of Government which means he had Full Protection, for which nobody can arrest or fine him without the permission from court. Either way it doesn't considered as provoking and definitely not considered as corruption.
Listen closely when he stated about cuffing the victim and look closely when the victim actually got cuffed. Grand RP server is definitely not that slow. Unless you play in 2G internet
