Upon Reviewing All POVS clearly shows Both Sides are in the Wrong, But this Time only, Neither Side will be punished (Those Who Didn’t Post POV are banned for ER 1.7)

Here are some reminders to consider in this situations

• If the Hostages are still held captive by Gangs, At NO point can either side start firing at eachother. Even if its a “Warning Shot”

• If the Gang Side Start Opening Fire on LEOs whilst still keeping hostages Captive, LEOs DO NOT need to Fear For the Hostage at that point, their life(s) are far more important and can abandon ALL negotiations if necessary.

• ALL POVS of CIRCLE events MUST be recorded and Stored for 48 hrs.
