Oliver was born in Moscow in Russia in a household where crime was happening on a daily basis. His dad was the head of a Russian Mafia and his mother was assisting him helping him run the mafia. Oliver studied electrician and he would help the mafia with his skills with electronics (hidden cameras, even remote controled explosives if needed). And he also wanted to become a car racer from a young age. He would start driving go-karts when he was 6 and when he turned 18 he got his driver’s license and started driving real cars on racetracks and offroad.
At age 20 the mafia was betrayed by Oliver’s dad’s friend, who killed his mother for valuable information about the mafia’s deals and businesses to sell it to the rival mafia. Oliver and his dad had to escape russia, because their whole mafia was compromised and it was no longer safe to stay.
They escaped to Los Santos, where they got help from Rash Wagwan from the Yakuza. Rash was an old business partner of Oliver’s dad and helped him to slowly start a new mafia. Oliver still heartbroken from his mother’s death wanted to have nothing to do with the mafia and wanted to stop criminals from ruining other peoples lives so he joined the LSPD while trying not to hurt his father’s business.
Not even a year after they came to the city Oliver’s father got killed in a drive-by by a local gang. Oliver knowing that working for the LSPD wasn’t enough to stop his dad from dying, angry and thirsty for revenge started to slowly go back to his criminal life and now he is fully commited to the criminal life style and frequently helps his family in events.
