Ideology and Background
My name is River Halloway, and I founded the River of Unity Party with a clear mission to put an end to corruption and bring real, meaningful change to the people of Los Santos. As a former Sheriff of the San Andreas Highway Patrol, I have always stood for integrity, safety, and the well-being of our citizens. My record of service has been guided by one principle doing what’s right for the people We’ve all seen corruption, broken promises, and leaders who put themselves above the citizens. That ends here. This party is going to fight for real change. Once we’re given the chance to serve, you will see results safer streets, fairer opportunities, and a government you can finally trust again.
Our Core Ideology: Law, Justice, and a Corruption-Free State
Law:
We believe that the law must be upheld by everyone, without exception. It should be applied fairly, without bias, and free from corruption. Our commitment is to ensure that legal systems work with integrity and accountability.
Justice:
Our party stands for equal justice for all citizens. We will ensure that every individual is treated with fairness, dignity, and respect, regardless of their background or status.
Corruption-Free Governance:
We are dedicated to building a corruption-free state. We will implement strict measures to prevent corruption among government employees and hold accountable those who misuse their power.
We have witnessed many cases where officers detain citizens unlawfully or demand bribes. These actions are unacceptable. Our party was founded to fight such injustices and to unite people in building a state rooted in fairness, transparency, and integrity.

- Must have at least 3+ years of IC age
- Must be fluent in English
- Must own a Level 2 backpack
- No hand or face tattoos
- Must have a clean background
- Must possess Health Insurance and a Gun License
