My name is River Halloway, and I founded the River of Unity Party with a clear mission to put an end to corruption and bring real, meaningful change to the people of Los Santos. As a former Sheriff of the San Andreas Highway Patrol, I have always stood for integrity, safety, and the well-being of our citizens. My record of service has been guided by one principle doing what’s right for the people We’ve all seen corruption, broken promises, and leaders who put themselves above the citizens. That ends here. This party is going to fight for real change. Once we’re given the chance to serve, you will see results safer streets, fairer opportunities, and a government you can finally trust again.

We believe that the law must be upheld by everyone, without exception. It should be applied fairly, without bias, and free from corruption. Our commitment is to ensure that legal systems work with integrity and accountability.


Justice:
Our party stands for equal justice for all citizens. We will ensure that every individual is treated with fairness, dignity, and respect, regardless of their background or status.


Corruption-Free Governance:
We are dedicated to building a corruption-free state. We will implement strict measures to prevent corruption among government employees and hold accountable those who misuse their power.

We have witnessed many cases where officers detain citizens unlawfully or demand bribes. These actions are unacceptable. Our party was founded to fight such injustices and to unite people in building a state rooted in fairness, transparency, and integrity.

Ideology and Background
Make San Andreas is a party that represents the views of people. For a long time now, since Governor Ryan Slater, I have had a huge part in the law and shaping our wonderful State into what we have today. I have considered the views and opinions of the citizens, Law Enforcement Officers and Public Servants alike. It is the intention of the party to renew the Government and the Governor's office to ensure that the people make San Andreas and that every voice is heard. It is my intention to lead this party to continue to deliver for the need of the people and the state of San Andreas. During my time in office as Governor, I revitalised state. I brought the Government forward and executed every campaign promise made. It is the sole purpose of this party to continue to deliver for the people and bring stability back to the Government which we have lost in previous Government Terms. It is our fight for the people that will ensure a strong and stable Government continues beyond a simple term. We are here to stay, we are here to fight for you, we are here to present opportunities in your state and we are here to deliver. With my experience in various positions across the State as well as those in the party holding many roles, including leadership roles, you can count on us to Make San Andreas.

Program and promises
We will vow to make some simple yet, effective promises that we will stick to and ensure each promise's execution. Some of these promises are:

• A strong and stable leadership and head of state that will continue beyond a single term in office that will bring our State Organizations closer together with experienced, familiar and friendly faces from all over the city.
• A permeant and reliable United State Secret Service so that our citizens feel safe in and around Government Facilities as well as up and down the state by providing support to other State Organizations in the masses.
• A prison system that works for the incarcerated by providing more yard time, gym time, open prison time and visitation.
• A reachable Governor and Vice Governors who will always be able to listen, read and respond to questions and queries either directly or via their Public Relations department.
• A reliable Department of Justice headed up by yours truly which will continue to be ever available and deliver the justice the State Deserves.
• A taxation system with a Head of IRS who is always reachable with a team of Inspectors, ready to assist with tax payments and offer benefits of paying tax on time.
• Permeant job opportunities for citizens in search of employment with our team of employers who are able to help people into their dream role.
• A DOJ-lead education system with our finest lawyers leading classes to assist in teaching the public and law enforcement the law and make their lives easier.
