Yesterday when I tried to login I noticed that I got banned for Gen rule 1.9, I was a bit surprised because I haven't bought/sold a house or a business to be tagged for tax evasion.
So I messaged the Deputy Chief Administrator just for clarification on what I did wrong, because as I mentioned above I haven't purchased a house or a business for quite some time. The Deputy Chief later replied to me saying that I had helped with tax evasion between two other players with their business purchase. Something about an item and money for a business.
Believe me when I tell you this I had no intention nor I had any idea they were doing a deal by evading tax, to my knowledge all I know is that he wanted to buy a business So he asked me for a loan ($2.5 Million), I was being a generous friend and you know I lent him the money so he could buy his business, in return I asked him to give my shoes and the mask back which he borrowed. I was told that I would get my money back which he owed me the same day and so yes I made an exchange with his friend to get my money back. I really don't see why I got in trouble for that, maybe there was some misunderstanding I really don't know.
What disappointed me the most is that I was punished for a business transaction which wasn't done by me. I totally agree and support your decision if the buyer and seller got a Ban for purchasing and selling under the state value.
I've tried my best to keep my head down and play by the rules which I did after the previous encounter.
I'm truly devastated in my heart that I would be missing out on such wonderful experience here in Grand RP, I've been here since Day1 and been progressing since then, I've connected socially with a lot of people in Grand and really I'm in a better place right now with this beautiful family, as much as it would affect me I hate to see all of them sad, because we connected so well IRL too, thanks to this lovely project I met my perfect partner in crime and got married. Thinking back on all the things we did and the beautiful memories we shared, I'm hoping not to see it all gone away.
As a punishment for lending out my money and taking it back, I'm willing to take a money wipe, because really I want to have a chance where I'm able to be with my people and all the beautiful friendships I've built along the way.
So please sir humbly and whole heartedly I'm making a request for an Unban appeal and requesting you to provide me with an other opportunity to come back.
