As you can see in id 157 pov which she provided, the hostage that they had was most likely scripted and they weren't punished for 6.4. Also they knew that they couldn't take them into the gz at timestamp 2:11, they were also non-rp driving at 3:01 and 5:30. Also id 93 did MG at 7:00 as she said Kayla what did your radio say as she is wearing a mask and even if she is in her family they cannot use her name above on her head as IC info. ID 93 did PG at 8:10 she passed 157 rev ammo through the window which was not broken. Also at timestamp 12:50 id 157 did Fear RP she had 3 guns pointed at her and she just drove away. Also at timestamp 14:06 id 157 was aiming gun at hostage in a Greenzone and 93 at timestamp 14:08. Also id 157 did MG again at 14:05 saying Kayla when she was weaing a mask and id 93 did MG at 14:06 saying Kayla when she was wearing a mask. ID 157 did General rule 3.2 at 14:10 she say Kayla put your hands on your head and your mom will take you which is still a rule break as "Parents should not be mentioned in all chats, including voice" ID 93 did MG at 14:13 were she said Kayla when she was wearing a mask At 14:23 id 93 did GZ 1.2 by taking the hostage script in DOC greenzone. ID 74803, 80255 was doing GZ 1.2 at 14:27. Also ID 87753 did GZ 1.1 at timestamp 14:30. ID 73398, 84172, 96924 did GZ 1.2 at timestamp 14:26. id 75327 did GZ 1.2 at 14:32.

in all, you cannot ingnore all theses rule breaks which I believe they were all not looked at correctly.​

For non rp driving will not punish as it did not effect situation. For MG I could argue that as she knows who the person is as they are in the same family so the mask point also does not make sense. For pg leader will get verbal. Regarding fear rp they let her pass and one of the people stopped holding a gun so will not punish. Regarding 3.2 will punish as a mute. Marabunta will recieve warning for 1.2 gz rules for rest of rulebreaks. LSPD will also recieve warn for allowing to do exchange there.

Adding to the message goverment also gets one warning for the same reason as LSPD
