Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

• ID 85216 will receive a punishment for Car Ramming.
• ID 30686 will receive a punishment for bug abusing ( Spamming F to stand up after being hit by a car )
• In POV 1, at 0:27 it is clearly visible that ID 30686 doesn't fall/rag doll rather instantly stands up (can be heard spamming keys on his keyboard)
