I was at prime level 1 for 21 days and I was planning not to take the bp prime till level 1 finish until there is admin named Luca Titans saying if you receive the prime from battlepass will be upgraded to level 2. and now I have prime level 1 for so long because this admin giving wrong information and I can proof it with chat screenshot, how could you help me? and I opened a technical forum and they deleted it after long time without replying.
