Didn't ask that minor to comment here. He's not a president, and he can't be because it requires him to be 18+.
Also, the other three didn't have to comment until an admin asked them to.

Requesting the reviewer admin to delete the toxic comments and issue a forum warn to each of them and lock my application if possible.
