Rejected Unban or Reduce my time

Brother can you check the video from 1:16 you can clearly see i go through him but still he didn't get out the event its a clear glitch of something i dont know can you atleast unban or reduce my time i have earned so much and it will be waste if i did not go back in 14 days i have played this game for like 18hrs check my time in my id if you don't believe i have given everything to this game and you guys are taking that thing away from me please help me i could not ask anymore from you guys I'm tired now
