Revaz Costello was born in 1985 in Washington D.C. USA. His father was a Sergeant and his mother was a housewife. His childhood was tough, because his father died in a war and he was left alone with his mother and his brother.
Military career:
When Revaz was 18 he decided to enlist in the navy and he served in Afghanistan and Gulf wars. He earned a lot of medals. And decided to get an honorable discharge.
Law and crimel:
While Revaz was discharged from military his brother had built a criminal empire and encouraged Revaz to become a high ranking member. Revaz accepted because for him brotherhood was everything. So Revaz decided to go into LSPD as an undercover to help his fellow criminals by sealing weapons and taking bribes to help build criminal influence in Los Santos.
His main goal in LSPD is to prevent government from capturing his fellow crime members. That means letting prisoners go with bribes, stealing from warehouse so LSPD does not have enough recourses to fight crime and assist criminals in spreading influence in LSPD, FIB, NG and even Government
