I received a family warning today and the rule that I was penalized is not in the rules section. There have been many families using this entrance before us but when we tried that we have received a family warning, I have seen that there is no change in the rules If it is forbidden to start on this roof, then all such roofs on this informal and other informal places should be prohibited. I'm not saying the rule is wrong but the rule is not in the list of rules.

ive seen a lot of different families starting on that roof and they never got punishment for " Abusing zone" to make it fair at least write this in rules or give the other families that starts there punishment as well
