While I haven't previously held this position, my prior experience in managing legal organizations has provided me with the requisite skills and expertise to thrive in this capacity. I have a genuine interest in leading this specific organization and I am confident that my background will allow me to make a significant difference.
- If I were to become the leader of the LSPD, my main objective would be to improve realism and roleplay within the organization. Additionally, I would place a strong emphasis on building positive relationships with the server administration and leaders of other state organizations. It would be my priority to ensure that the LSPD operates in full compliance with rules and regulations, avoiding any complications or problems that may arise.

- My main goal as the leader of the LSPD is to foster top-notch roleplay within the organization. To achieve this, I will prioritize thorough training for all members, ensuring they are skilled in appropriate roleplaying techniques for various scenarios. This proactive strategy will effectively minimize incidents where LSPD Personnels mistakenly use force during ongoing hostage situations or inappropriately attempt to take gang members hostage for negotiation purposes during events.
- In my capacity as the leader of the LSPD, my aim is to foster community development by providing employment prospects to both newcomers and experienced individuals. To maintain our exemplary standards, I will establish precise criteria that must be met during the selection process to ensure all employees are up to par. Once recruited, LSPD Officers will undergo extensive training to equip them for their responsibilities and duties.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor is paramount for all members of the LSPD, and we will strictly enforce consequences for any unprofessional conduct. Through upholding elevated standards and delivering comprehensive training, we can establish a culture of excellence within the LSPD, serving as a role model for other organizations in the community.
- To enhance communication with the public, the LSPD's Office of Public Affairs is proactively implementing measures.
