This proactive strategy will effectively minimize incidents where LSPD Personnels mistakenly use force during ongoing hostage situations or inappropriately attempt to take gang members hostage for negotiation purposes during events.

To maintain our exemplary standards, I will establish precise criteria that must be met during the selection process to ensure all employees are up to par.
