I am very disappointed with Raymond's actions towards me while in LSPD yesterday 09/07/2023 Oghi gave me a verbal for the org not being active however raymond requested for it to be changed to a full warn witch Oghi changed to a full warn.

I came back from work IRL and seen that Raymond gave LSPD AND NG a full warn for inactivity witch is a little unfair as he only gave us a full warn yesterday and today LSPD was not inactive they was active today attending event and 991 calls. But stating that he gave me a full warn i would still have a verbal until i would be disbanded however Raymond decided to just disband LSPD Straight away now taking into account that he gave LSPD a full warn for inactivity yesterday witch ok i am fine with but just for him to give me another full warn just 24 hours later for the same thing i do not agree with when LSPD was active and doing there duty's today.

I have lost faith within grand from Raymond's actions i still had a verbal to get before disband i would like this to be looked into properly and if you want proof of todays activity from LSPD please do request me to provide it and i will gather everything up. And the fact that i am banned for the 3 days is not right as in theory i still had a verbal to get before i disband

Forgot to mention i would like to know why he decided to do this as we was active all day today i agree yesterday giving a warn but today we was a lot more active and within 24 hours he gives me another full warn with is defo harsh to me it seems like Raymond has been targeting and i would like answers?
