Dear Administrators,

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an unjustified shooting incident that occurred during my attempt to join NG. Without any demands or warning, I was shot at, causing distress. I had sought to join NG with genuine intentions and expected a respectful process. I urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to prevent similar incidents in the future.

So, multiple reasons apply to the rejection of your player complaint.

1. You see that NG was in the middle of a situation. You still decided to repeat 'I want to join.' (This can be considered fail RP, try to Roleplay next time.)
2. You backed in with your car, instead of just parking normally and walking up to NG showing clear interest in joining them.
3. You have a wanted star level and are wanted by the state, the fact that you decided to join a legal state organization would either mean that you did not see you are wanted, or that you are trying to provoke an action
4. When the whole situation was over, and it was clear that you won't be shot anymore, you just drove away, indicating that you actually do not want to join NG.

I would advise you, and all other players, to not target any group and/or organization. We do not condone such behavior, and punish severely for it, since it ruins the fun for other players.​
