Jax Jordan was born and raised on the unforgiving streets of Dallas, as a baby he would always be around the presence of narcotics due to his parents addictions. He has one sister Jessica Jordan who was split from him at a very young age, leaving Jax alone to fend for himself. When he was only a year old he ingested some cannabis he found lying on the floor and similar events proceeded to happen as he was growing up, he was never in education as his parents were to busy drugged up on the sofa to take him so Jax had to teach himself about the outside world and how to survive in it. At the age of 7 his Mum died of an overdose and his father followed a few months later leaving Jax being pushed from career to career. After many fights with the residents at each home the escaped one night and tried to survive on his own on the streets.
He got into stealing and found out he was quite good at pickpocketing unsuspecting individuals and soon became well versed in robbing jewelers. The police eventually found there way to Jax when a close friend at the time gave them his whereabouts due to him becoming envious of his success rates and the amount he was managing to steal. This led to Jax never trusting anybody again (up until recently with his wife). After spending a couple years inside he found he was excellent when it came to convincing someone about something he was interested in getting whether or not it was an item or an advantage. Jax also used to run a whole gang few years back so he has experience how gangs work and he has many connections in the underworld which would aid in his return to the criminal game and set up a heist of the royal bank of Dallas, growing up stealing cars was his most common getaway procedure and he became a savant when it came to driving so it was only natural for him to take on the role as getaway driver. The heist was successful however the high profile job became noticed by the SAHP in Los Santos.
One day he was approached by a shady man in his own home who told him about everything Jax had done. Confused about how this man managed to find out everything about him Jax was ready to kill the intruder, until the man extended the offer to come and work with him at the SAHP. After many years of working legitimately in the organization, he is now an expert in combat and has been successful in gaining access to the highest of classified information Jax has returned to the the Underworld and is ready to carry on his childhood life.
Whilst working in the SAHP I came across a Dr Quin who took a particular interest into the art of surgery. I decided to monitor her as she became more unstable and even worked along side her by the operating table, I detached all ties to her once I found her consuming human organs in the lab. Even though she was a cannibal she was one of the best surgeons I have ever had the pleasure to witness and work alongside.
Jax's mental stability is sometimes brought into question especially when it come to him inflicting pain on an individual as he gets lost in the moment and often gets carried away. leading him to sometimes be seen as psychotic.
Outcomes:
1. Jax can smash and break any bodycams as well as erase CCTV footage from any recording device
2. Jax can interrogate/torture for information

7. Jax can aid in the release of criminals or family
8. Jax can sell or distribute any firearms to any personnel (as long as they were picked up from criminals)
9. Jax can take bribes
10. Jax can attempt to outrun anyone if in danger, if he is in a fast vehicle
11. Jax can rob weapons and ammunition from anyone except SAHP personnel
