Rejected Capture Rule 2.1 & POV request | FIB

As u can see in my POV they were waiting inside the hq while turf was going on and raided right after turf ended i suspect them of meta gaming i wanna see the pov of FIB leader or person who was started the raid and this following person who
Senior Crime actually if turf is going to happened after winning it takes 3-5sec to come to hq automatically .Today we lose the turf if we win my trufers will be in hq while they are already started gang within 6sec after turf completed... I think possible meta gaming pls ask how they can get correct time with seconds tooo ..
