From this thrread Approved - Mass Rulebreak | 23954 So i just want you to see the ful arrest POv from this guy i was at PH then i was passing from FIB garage i saw an FIB talking to somone i just stayed next to him clearly not doing anything then this LSPD guy came at me giving me ub demands than he didnt even give me time to go than he cuffed me searched me with no valid reason i wasnt doing anything 5.1 All those state organisations can arrest a person if they suspected him of a criminal activity. also 5.2 LSPD/SAHP/FIB cannot stop a person, search him or ask for passport without an IC reason. so basiclly i want the admin to look properly at the pov and punish this NPC
