I am an LAPD officer I got vacation for seven days I was doing some electric job he came just caffe me without any reason i told him to tell reason he was not talking i told to call hr and layer he dident called he gived 40k fine also i dont have gun also i dont know ehy he gived me fine and he dident use tha normal protcall like i am coughing you and watch your head and he didn't even tell my rights and I told him to call lawyer he didn't even call his HR also now i got fine and jail and warrnig pls help pls remove from jail remove fine and remove warrning
