Rejected VDM

the player VDM me then start chasing me until he killed me which in the red zone so it's fine ..then after killing me he got 50k from me and my weapon and ammo. but it's wrong from the start when he VDM me So I couldn't re-act and do nothing I contacted admin ingame and asked if VDM in red zone allowed and the answer was no it isn't ..I could have run away or even fire back on him if it wasn't for the VDM
