Over the years Dutch has had a strange but fun and impulsive life.
At a young age he had a friend he grew up with in school, they were inseparable. While Dutch was always the hardworking reliable one, his best friend was the chancer.
Dutch was working a sting of different 9-5 retail jobs while working towards his masters in university. His friend forever making him jealous with the schemes he pulled.
One night while drinking they laughed and joked about how Dutch's brains and his ability to cease an opportunity would be a great combination.
They laughed and joked into the morning planning the "perfect robbery" as something to do while drunk for fun.
5am came, both Dutch and his friend were almost sober. "we need to do this"
His friend within a week had pulled off one of the best bank robberies London had seen in 20 years. All went amazingly well as Dutch had planned the perfect route out for his friend but this last temptation of seeing his friend sail off with millions of pounds was too much. Without a second thought Dutch ended up in the container leaving everything behind, on a boat to Netherlands with millions of pounds.
Landing in Netherlands Dutch and his friend struggled, it's not easy trying to move that much money and keep good friends.
So we did what we knew how to do best. We drank.
In these little bruin cafes we found more loyal friends. A new friend of Dutch's owned a bare knuckle fist fighting club under his pub.
This is where Dutch's spirit and ability won more fans than friends. We became underground legends, a name that people spoke in hushed tones. Everyone knew we were rich, no one knew why.
People became suspicious and this was ok at first, until one policeman (Ronald VanDarvelt) poked his nose in. We thought we were settled here, it had been two years.
Now we are on the move again, now with 2 new Dutch friends. Those two years made us inseparable almost a family, soon as Ronald came sniffing they packed up the boxing and pub and came with us.
We knew Europe so we thought we would try elsewhere in Europe. We travelled To Germany, Hungry, Poland, Italy all by car as this was the only way to avoid boarder crossing.
Sometimes the roads were none existent, sometimes we broke and abandoned luxury vehicles in the middle of nowhere to keep moving. As this was the only important part!
Again our group drew attention where ever we went, but we have always drawn the right attention from the public, never from the police.
In total Dutch's journey took 5 years to finally make it to this city, he has been here now 16 years with his rag tag family and intends to stay for as long as possible.
In that 16 years a lot has changed for him, his family has grown from 4 to 40.
Dutch is a hard working responsible person, he will continue to try to show his family the "right way" to do things and how to stay on the right side of the law in legal organisations.
As Dutch and the family understand that crime can pay, but it's no life for an old man.
As Dutch has always just wanted the quiet settled down life, he has grabbed that opportunity here in Los Santos and tried to become more sensible and mature. He has an accidental keen interest in electronic devices since he
made a viral video(accidentally) when he uploaded a clip of us crossing the boarder into Poland in a Ferrari F40. Dutch will often be seen on his phone sending messages back to all his followers as he has taken to the blogger
lifestyle too well.
Dutch will continue to progress his career within EMS MD with hopes of making to it the top and being a professional role model for his family.
The ultimate dream being that one day he will live that quiet life he always hoped and worked for. The one with the big cars, beautiful wife, house on the hills and a responsible state job including pension and stature.
Outcomes:
1, Dutch is a skilled off roader due to the many years evading boarders and will use off road routes if necessary
2, Dutch is skilled in hand to hand combat and will confidently square up to two unarmed men. He may even be involved in or challenged to an impromptu fist fight.
3, Dutch will participate in illegal activity only to support the family and fully masked up. Never if EMS colleges are around but his loyalty to the family will always come first.
4, Dutch will always pick up any spare guns/ammo after a gunfight has ended and call for a family member to collect these from him via the radio.
5, Dutch will carry a legal firearm.
6, Dutch has a tiny body cam that will record and stream his view of the city (on/off duty) for likes and followers. He will never use his phone on duty as it's not professional.
