As you can see in the video i and my family were doing a hostage situation. After some discussion about the price for the DOC officer, we had taken hostage we ended up declining it and threatened to cut a finger for RP reasons. After my family member, Johnny Mcgavin typed in the prompt for the cutting of the finger they opened fire without fearing for the hostage's life and arrested me afterwards.

This is because The same people keep doing hostage situations...yesterday was terrible when the same group of people would switch from family, to gang, etc. to get around the once per hour limit. After 5 hostage situations in a row within a short period, I don't blame them for taking the course of action they did...
