Dear Admin Team,
I sold my property in town house number 1109 to a family member ID: 41883 with 100K.
I got around 80K in cash.
I saw I can sell my property not less than than 50 percentage of state value, so I sold with 100K.
This is my first time selling of property in town, I just want to know where am I wrong?
If something wrong with this trade, please pardon me and explain me.
Please review my case.
