Hello, I had been blocked for 60 days for GEN 1.9. I bought an apartment from my friend at low price and then gave him cash and I didn't knew that it was a rule break. I regret for whatever I had done. I will never ever do it again. Just Give me one more chance. I feel bad for what I had done. Please Forgive me.
Next time I will make sure that I know all the rules and regulations of the city.
