Hope it's a good day, with all my respect and ik admins do much hard work in keeping the server well and good, but still Forun owner asked to close the forum since it's all sorted out. Still it didn't closed, and got approved.

Rejected. Administrator can punish the player if report was asked to be closed if the rulebreak is visible there as there was a complaint which was made in a first place
