i was saying hello to everyone. then i went near to this guy and said hello, he asked 3000 dollar for saying hello then i showed middle finger to him and He started abusing to my mom in another language (OOC) which is prohibited. He break the Rules Of Communication 3.1 3.2 and 3.3
