Hey this is 2033. The one negotiating. He didn't cover the entire situation. The reason we started shooting is because they were trying to arrest our guys. We cant do anything else but to kill the cops and save our guys. They risked hostage life and tried to arrest our guys to trade for hostages.
In the first situation they found one of my family guy, not in fam outfit nor involved in the situation. He wasn't even carrying guns and they arrested him. they just try to catch one or 2 of us to exchange at any cont. they push the stairs even though we keep it blocked with our people. Here

On the mega mall we were relocating and they arrested our boys again. So we opened fire killing everyone. Here

You can also see the leos started shooting someone on the road first. That started the 10 -10 for them. POV
