you can see a graffiti being done to Roy Lowenstein Blvd in start of video so remembering location i went to that location a guy coming from same direction doing graffiti from personal car came from front REQUESTING BODYCAM OF 1762 to check if he was doing graffiti or not as it's a gang activity should have Pov holding of that situation.
