Hello so Today i got warning for GR 6.15, so me and my friend were Shooting at NG from the Hill near NG with Sniper and Admin Jay verlice gived me warning. so when i was NG leader(Max Pluxury) People use to Come to NG and attack on us from Outside the NG /Hills and Kill us and my People on that Time Asked from the Admins about this can they kill us or not from outside/hill so Admin Begu said that they can kill you as NG base is outside the City. So i want you guys to review this. and let me know what is Correct Thing. and if we cant kill from there so i am sorry it was not my fault as A Ex Admin told this to us during our Term so please remove my warn.

ONLY INSIDE NG is KOS, Outside of city demands must be given. READ Gen 6.15
6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN
