Yeah So i will explain everything Here ,
while im starting my shift i saw a local wich when i went there i found that there one vagos car and one guy with an SAHP guy in the back i was gonna ask him if he is taking him as a hostage but instead he was calling for his guys then start shooting at Me , At this point as im getting shot i no more fear for the hostage life as i fear for mine , i called the backup and before they came shoted back at them , after i died they were going to rob me and i complied but when the backup came they choose to run away and i found myslef able to shoot so i killed one guy than the other came to me ( ID18252 who shot me at first ) and started 10-10s so as he got surrounded by leos he left his car and the hostage he was taking at first got released , everything clear in the Pov here :

POV checked and seems they arrested only after the hostage was safe based on the arrest POV
Based on the POV provided it was not clear of arresting while taken hostage as well​
