I was reported recently with proof by the individual utilizing this link.
I was never notified of the report, so I did not have a chance to reply. Therefore, I will post my response here in hopes that an admin will see that I had been wrongfully demorganed. I was punished because I punched the officer in the face during a gunfight. I would like to give some context:
We were doing a gun store robbery. There were many officers, as you can see in the POV. Nevertheless, before the clip of me punching the officer, I was using a revolver the whole time to shoot at the officers. However, I ran out of bullets during the battle - I was asking over the radio for extra bullets, but everyone was too focused on surviving. At that moment, I had no other ammo, so I started running around to find extra on the floor (unsuccessfully). From then on, I knew I was screwed and potentially my life too, so I knew I had to fight to the death and possibly sacrifice my life for the organization. This is where I decided to sucker punch the officer (0:22-0:25) as I knew he was not pointing his gun at me at any point. The chance I took to sucker punch the officer actually did end up helping the gang, and he was killed. It was a calculated movement with a large risk but for a bigger reward. Likewise, I would like to point out the fact that I did have a weapon on me at all times, and it was just lodged in my waistband - I am clearly seen taking the revolver out of my waistband at (0:48).
I hope this provides further context to the situation and gives the admins a clearer picture of what was actually going on. I do not believe it was FailRP as I am part of a gang organization, and with any gang comes risk such as death, especially when you are a low ranking member told where to go and who to defend with your life.
