Rejected this happend exactly now(RDM+fail)

I was working as a taxi and I went to pee, when I came back I found that someone randomly started shooting me and shot another guy then he revived him and killed him again like what is that ?????? I tried to clip as much as i could

here's another video he literally revived someone that he killed they started fighting 0 value of life then he killed him again and I think attacking and trying to rob a taxi is prohibited too right ?
