2 He is moving at a high speed
3 He did not repeat the requests three times.
4 He did not ask for special clothing for me.

Nothing to indicate they are talking on discord, they are talking in game.

There is currently no GOV available so no lawyers, You can go to their highcommands/ leader to put a complaint in with the other issues like fines, speeding, not repeating rights etc.

Not repeating the rights 3times is an IC issue, driving at high speed is an IC issue.
