Rejected Admins are not Helping and taking sides of their friends and partners in server.

I was doing my job and went to HQ. someone (215124) come and Killed me. when i was complaining to Admin he said give me POV. i was telling him that i am not doing RP and i am not making POV because i was doing my tasks. but he did not listen. after that i told him to check logs. because admin LUKE told me that situation is over. i keep asking him to take POV from other person or punish him. if he have POV which proves me wrong then punish me. but no action. then i told me that i will start play Unfair RP. after that Jhonny ODDS give me banned for 7 Days.
Ofcurse this type of replies and Actions make other players Angry and frustrated.
Admins just not listening properly. or making people play in Friendly.
