I was heading to SAHP to buy license for my car this player is just alone(Gen 6.16)rammed my vehicle and asking to pullover I(car ramming) I tried to run away . After I got stranded killed me just to steal my vehicle and like before I could react he just killed me in 5 secs literally (DM). He has also robbed my car after killing me and before I could take pov my game crashed sorry for that but he has violated following rules as mentioned above in the following situation.
