Rejected Warning & Wipe appeal

I was driving around with my scooter, crossed their garden which is open to the road. I got demands to leave. I killed them. Both of these forums are for same situation, but I got punishment for both. Got 1 appealed as it is clearly written that they gave me demands. Therefore I am appealing for the second warning I got for the same situation. As they both have given me demands.
Would also like to take this opportunity to say that this is decieving admins as one of them stated that they gave demands, while the other is hiding the truth of what actually happend to gain your apporoval of the warn.

Rejected - RDM | 329108 - Appealed already (here it states that they have given me demands, and they both pulled their guns out and put on armor)
Approved - RDM | 329108 - Second warning and wipe I got for the same situation. This is the one I am appealing for.
