As can be observed in the POV, Bloods had two hostages and gave us the following demands:
1. No one tries to climb onto roofs or to arrest their people or the hostage dies [0:29]
2. 300k for a high command hostage [9:19]
3. Free passage for another high command hostage [9:19]
4. Demanding no engine blocking and no shooting after the hostage is safe [12:55]
5. Only 3 people at negotiations or they will "put a bullet in her head", basically giving another demand (since he says the hostage will die if there will be more than 3 people) [16:50]
In total, there were 5 demands given for 2 hostages.
Next thing, the free passage demand means the removal of roadblock barricades and spikes, we removed even the cover barricades we had, fulfilling that demand, however, Bloods kept the hostage for 9 extra minutes!! (7.5 if we don't count the admin situation, admins were there for 1.5 minutes) [from 10:40 til 19:20]
Note: the big roadblocks and spikes were removed even earlier than that, but we were nice so we removed ALL barricades so they had nothing to complain about regarding the free passage demand starting from 10:40 in the POV.
During those 9 extra minutes, 10 members of Bloods left the store robbery, leaving only 3 negotiators there with the hostage, which should be considered as abuse of the fact they are keeping the hostage even though the demands were fulfilled, so we cannot do anything to the people leaving because we still have to fear for the hostage's life.
