2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

• Reason #1:
  • There is a low standard of roleplay amongst the faction that I have seen from a third-party perspective. I believe that if we were to really encourage a higher roleplay and knowledge of server and legal organization rules we would have a higher quality org member base. I have only had a few interactions with LSPD that were accepted in my standard coming from a Heavy RP background. I believe that with my background I could help encourage change within the faction and in the public eye.

  • I have spent the better part of 10-11 years on roleplay servers. I started out on SA: MP at a very young age on a server that reminds me much of this community. I have always gravitated towards a Law Enforcement Organization, and that still to this day has not changed. I bring a lot of experience from IRL training with law enforcement, in-game experience, and general common sense. All of this could be greatly applied and would definitely be respected amongst other organizations.

  • I genuinely would like to continue my line of management within organizations that I have been a part of. I have a lot of fun roleplaying in this server, and one thing that is lacking is genuine police presence within Los Santos. I want to change this.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization?

There are a lot of things I would do differently that I personally 'believe' would change the standard of Roleplay within the organization. I would like to bring more RP policies to the organization's recruitment and general duties. Whilst not slacking on recruitment and encouraging newer players who have shown that they are aware of the rules and have some sort of general roleplay knowledge into joining. A lot of players gravitate towards the illegal side of things on this server just because of the popularity and activity of gangs. I want to apply my knowledge and experience to have an activity system that will not only benefit organization members from being active within Los Santos and areas previously not patroled but also benefit players. I believe that if the faction was able to show more activity in all time zones, not just the EU then we'll have more people interested in joining the organization. I would also streamline the training process to make it easier and faster for people to move through the beginning ranks. No one likes sitting in those training ranks for extended amounts of time because it makes it boring for the user to play. I would like to still keep it just as effective but make it a faster progressing and stricter training material. There are so many ideas I have for the organization that if I get the chance to have an interview I'd love to share. Thank you for your consideration.

I can't seem to edit my post so I'll add this tidbit of information in here because I previously mentioned it on discord and figured it'd be good here.

**BELOW IS MY OPINION AND NOTHING BUT MY OPINION ON THE MATTER. TAKE THIS WITH A GRAIN OF SALT FOR ANYONE IN LSPD HC.**

As stated above I've mentioned this in discord, but I believe the LSPD high command right now has not done an adequate job this term. No matter the position you are in as a command member of that organization you have some sort of responsibility and power to make some sort of change. Whether that is little or small there has been almost nothing done. I've personally only seen LSPD a handful of times. I've actually had WAY more encounters with SAHP. I play in pretty much every TZ too. There is no activity standard it seems, and if there is they aren't enforcing it well enough. The ones that are active I would say a solid 75% of the members on-duty are AFK grinding hours or have no common sense and are just a killer on a roleplay situation. You should lead by example and that being said you can't expect members of your organization to be active and complete their duties/tasks if you're not doing the same. I believe that the swamp needs to be drained and an outsider needs to be chosen. This would allow the returning high command to be unbiasedly vetted into positions that they would be performing the best in.

if not a ex lspd officer how can you apply for a leader.you dont have leader ship in you and also dont know how it work in lspd and wil take lspd to the ground and not the top. so for me you got a dislike sorry bro

Hi, Will, I've been around RP servers since they really first came out on GTA SAMP. I understand you have your doubts, but I can assure you I am more than capable of handling what comes along with running it. If you actually read my application you would see I've outlined my past a little bit.
