It is hard to tell from this POV if the person was ramming the car or was trying to get the car out of the way to revive the person unconscious on the floor. It is also not a VDM since you are literally jumping in front of a moving vehicle and he stops right afterward. Make a new complaint with a longer POV if you have one.
