Dear Mahzor,

It is to my concern that I was blacklisted last night. When the blacklist was issued I was given zero reasoning as to why the punishment had been made. It has come to my knowledge that the following player Andy Unmasked | 1547 had completed a chargeback for grandcoins and it has impacted me resulting in a ban for his doing. The grandcoins that were purchased from him were bought with in-game cash wish is not against any server rules and has been done hundreds of times. I have done nothing to break any rules set in the city. I am a daily player on this server and try my best to make the city a better experience for everyone in any way possible. I would be extremely thankful if my ban could be removed and I could continue to play in the city. I can provide any proof needed for this situation and hope to hear back soon.
