As you can see we were driving in HW near NG, the second car that was behind tried to pull a car. We saw that and drove to them.
As I know by the rules to pull someone over you need – 2 cars, 4 people. (the minimum).
We had 2 cars and 4 people why this person is refusing to pull over I don’t know, I don’t think we need literally to do ramming on him to make him stop, he needs just to pull over.
The next problem is that in the chase he just entered the NG base, now I don’t know if he is a NG member that he drove back to base to be saved from being robbed, but he can’t just run inside the base.
BTW we are unofficial organization.
