Hoping its not off topic since it explains the clip a bit, and also no flame intended here at all, but you should check out videos on something called 'Speedboosting' in gta 5. You can move your character in ways where it causes this glitchy movement effect on the screen for other players, which here in grandRP isn't something that is against the rules.

Its one of the major gunfight aspects of the server.
